1. Scope
This policy applies to paid access to programs offered by Vibespark. It sits alongside our Terms of Use. The free informational content on this website does not involve any payment and is therefore not covered by refunds.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Where this right applies, you may cancel within that period and receive a refund of the amount you paid, subject to the points about digital content below.
3. Digital content delivered immediately
Our programs are digital content. If you ask us to make the content available to you immediately, and you acknowledge that doing so means you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins, then the standard withdrawal right may no longer apply once you have started using the content. We will make this clear at the point of purchase so you can decide.
4. When refunds apply
We will provide a refund where:
- you cancel within the withdrawal period before access has begun, where that right applies;
- the access you purchased was not made available to you;
- the content was materially not as described at the time of purchase;
- a refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where the withdrawal right has lapsed because you chose immediate access and began using the content, or where a request is made well outside any applicable period and none of the conditions in section 4 apply. We assess each request individually and in good faith.
6. How to request a refund

7. Processing time
Once we have confirmed that a refund is due, we aim to process it without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of accepting the request. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
8. Refund method
Unless we agree otherwise, refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We do not charge a fee for processing an eligible refund.
9. Faulty or misdescribed access
If something is wrong with the access you received, please tell us. Where access is faulty or materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement access or a refund in line with applicable consumer law. We would rather put things right than leave you dissatisfied.
10. Your rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of Finland and the European Union. Where this policy and those rights differ, your statutory rights prevail.
